Incredible bars. Its so challenging to find "clean" ingredient treats. I have hyperinsulemia and need to control my insulin which Im doing through keto. I find it challenging to practice keto if I deprive myself too much. I cant handle artificial sweeteners - these are not ideal for keto either. Stevia works really well. This is the only treat that makes me feel energised and well. Its low carb and no added sugar, high protein, fat and fiber. Doesnt break my ketosis. Love love love the texture, taste and ingredients. I’m on a ketogenic diet for mental health reasons rather than weight loss, so I sometimes need to add in extra calories to ensure I don’t lose too much weight or muscle. I also have food sensitivities with IBS symptoms, so I’ve been on the hunt for a keto snack bar that tastes decent but feels healthy to my body and doesn’t trigger a reaction (I can’t have chicory root, which is a common ingredient in keto bars). I also wanted a bar that wasn’t too sweet because I find those trigger sweet cravings for me. So far, this is the best one I’ve found that ticks all of those boxes. It’s not as delicious as some of the chocolate-style keto bars you can get, but it’s good, feels healthy when I eat it, my body tolerates it well, and it’s quite filling. It also has a nice moist texture. Best of all, it doesn’t cause me any bloating, gas, or upset stomachs, nor does it knock me out of ketosis (I have a blood ketone/glucose meter). I think some of the added ingredients are a bit of a gimmick, but it’s still a tasty, good quality snack bar and I hope this remains available in my country for a while (UK).

Love this product, the ingredients are brain-nourishing, super clean and the taste isn't unbearable. It actually tastes nice and I don't feel guilty for having it as a sweet treat because I know it has mostly healthy and nutritious ingredients in the bars. Hopefully in future there are more ranges of snacks or varieties of other flavours because these bars are awesome!

I was really impressed with the IQ Protein Bars. The flavour is surprisingly good for a high-protein snack, and the texture is soft without being too chewy. They’re perfect for keeping in my bag for work or the gym. They keep me full for ages and don’t have that artificial aftertaste a lot of protein bars have. I’ll definitely be buying these again.

It's low carb and tastes good.

Excellent bars. Not too sweet, fill you up and great flavours in one box. These are neither dry and crumbly or soft and soggy. Whilst no low calorie, they’re not huge either given the amount of protein and fibre they contain.

How this product has got so many 4 star reviews i don't know. I was really looking forward to trying these based on the reviews but oh my God. The first one I opened im hit with a disgusting chemical smell. I persevere and take a bite. Absolutely disgusting taste and texture. Inedible. I followed by trying the so called chocolate flavour. Again I'm hit with a plastic chemical smell as soon as I open it. I take a bite and had to spit it out. Really vile indescribable inedible taste. These bars taste nothing like the alleged flavours. They are honestly the worst food I've tried. Frustrating to find I can't return them so that's £20 in the bin!! Do not buy!!

Tasty and satisfying

Great taste, satisfies my hunger, gentle on the glucose rise. At about two hours, glucose peaked at 20 points higher, and at four hours glucose was back to baseline. Great source of protein, good source of fiber, all with great taste. Costs less per g of protein than some other products. You don't need to wash it down. Sealed in freshness. Doesn't melt and get messy

Really love these bars! They make getting my protein requirements in super easy and fill me up while satisfying my sweet tooth. Do they taste like a irresistible decadent chocolate bar? No, but what do you expect with 1g of sugar and only healthy ingredients? Don't kid yourself. Taste is still good and I find myself craving and enjoying them. I also do see a noticeable difference in mental clarity with the lion's mane and other ingredients after eating them. Just be careful not to take it too close to bedtime if you're sensitive to things like that, as I find they do keep me awake.

These plant protein bars are surprisingly good. The chocolate flavors taste natural, not overly sweet, and the texture is satisfying compared to many other protein bars. They’re filling and work well as a quick snack or light meal replacement. I also like the ingredient profile—feels cleaner and easier on the stomach than many protein bars I’ve tried before. The variety pack is a nice way to try different flavors without getting bored. Overall, very happy with the taste, quality, and nutrition. Would definitely buy again.

Good pack if you’ve never had these before but I can already tell you to save yourself the trouble and don’t get the peanut butter flavor. They’ve shockingly messed up that flavor but the others are solid (IMO almond butter is by far the best of these). The claims about brain benefits are inconclusive at best based on some cursory research. This is a good bar because of its protein and fiber content and lack of seed oils.

These bars are filling and taste great. I am normally not a almond butter fan and normally throw them out if they come in a mixed box but I tried these and they are good. The chocolate sea salt ones are my favorite, but the peanut butter chips ones are a close second.
