I bought 3 raised beds for the first time from this company and they were great quality but when I had an issue with one of the plastic greenhouse covers tearing after only a few months of having them, I wrote to them to purchase a replacement but they offered to send me a new one at no cost. Pearl was just amazing at customer service and would highly recommend this company!

I have only installed them so far and place dirt on them. I think the cover is very useful, specially to keep a “neighbor” cat out of them. I can see that same cover to be in the way of tomato cages later, but nothing we cannot work with. Very easy to put together, and they look ok.

When it first arrived I checked the components in the box and discovered that one of the long pices was missing, but had a miss matched long pice that would not fit becuse it was too short. I then contacted customer support and told them about the miss matched part. They then asked for my info and they would contact the warehouse to get me the correct part and ship it. This process was verry easy and did not take long to do. A few days passed and the part came. And once again it was the wrong part! This replacement part was... wrong. It was a inch or two too long and the holes would not match up.. so I resorted to just drilling new holes so it would fit. And it worked! Puting it together was easy, except for the polls part. They had no numbers on them and the instructions were eeh, but their not that complicated i managed to just wing it so no big deal. The cover itself seems thick and strong and it looks good. Over all it seems like a good starter kit, just mKe shure you check the pices before assembling, and i hold no grudge to the customer support, Lynn did her best she could. It's the warehouse comunication they need to work on.

I gave it two stars because the galvanized part is definitely durable and suitable but the greenhouse tent part was trash. It definitely retained heat inside but the sun also melted the plastic to the poles and it was in a spot that doesn’t have full sun all day. The poles bent a bit and snapped when we had a wind storm of 30mph it was easy to put together just didn’t last the whole summer unfortunately

This raised bed green house is great! We were looking for something smaller (got the 8 foot by 4 foot) for our small back yard, as my 9 year old LOVES to garden. It was super easy to put together and move around. The greenhouse part is thick material with good zippers. With the help of my 9 year old, we got it put together in less than an hour. My only "qualm" is that I wish it came with some type of hook to anchor the poles to the ground. We get a lot of wind here and that would be super helpful.
