Can't beat Verizon prepaid phones!
I've had a prepaid phone all my life and this last flip phone upgrade was the easiest. The phone is really well built compared to the last generation and the interface is even easier to use. The new phone did come complete with a real 110v plug in charger, battery, 5g SIM card, and flip phone, for such a great value price. All I needed to do was swap out SIM cards to my current activated one, and everything updated instantly on the phone and Verizon's website. The one thing it did not do (very typical with prepaid,) is switch over phone numbers. This wasn't a problem because, entering the names and numbers is so much easier with this phone, and took about a minute per contact. I can't say much about battery life due to it being new, but after two hours on the phone, it really didn't reduce my percentage very much. I will never own a smart phone for many reasons, but with dumb phones as great as this one, I feel like I've upgraded substantially from the last generation I got four years ago. You can't go wrong with a Verizon prepaid plan, and after having one for my phone and portable internet for decades, I have almost never had one issue.

Easy to Use.
I bought this flip phone for my brother-in-law. It needed to work on Verizon network. He took the phone to Verizon and they transferred his data for him. He is very happy with simple flip phone.

Verizon (and T-Mobile) Prepaid TCL Go Flip
I purchased this as a replacement for my 90-year-old uncle aka godfather in Puerto Rico. It works well with the T-Mobile prepaid. The screen display numbers & letters are big when adjusted. Sound quality is good and on speaker. Durability appears to be very good. I found the features and buttons to be easier to work with.

No Sim card
Phone says on box it comes with Sim card but it doesn't..Went to Verizon store and got one for $15.
