Very cute with adjustable neck tie and ponytail tie. Color is accurate. The only thing that would make it better would be to have the interior headband the same color as the hat because it shows a little around your face. Also it would be better to ship it flat because the crease in the brim does not want to come out.

My wife has this hat that she wears outside while doing yard work. This is the third one we’ve bought. She bought one for me and she replaced one that she had for years. Good hat!

Fit just right and keeps the sun off my head.

I originally bought this hat to wear while taking walks. I liked the fact that it has a chin strap so it won't blow off on windy days. However, I didn't feel comfortable wearing this full brimmed hat. I like the baseball type hat I have with a bow in the back better. It also came with creases in the brim. I wet it and put it in the drier on cool and also put books on the brim to sttaighten it out. This did help. I then showed it to my daughter, who is 31 years old, and she reallly liked it. She is going to wear it when she goes hiking. She likes the fact that it is vented to stay cool and likes the way it makes her hair look in the back. It's a nice color - sort of a beigy pinkI'm glad she can enjoy wearing the hat!

The perfect hat for summer.

For the past several years I have been on the hunt for the perfect sun hat. I had this vision of this cute, but somewhat quirky, hat that I can wear doing yard work, fishing and going to the beach. You know, the hat that is part Steel Magnolias, part Sex in the City? I have purchased more than a dozen hats in this quest and was beginning to think the hat that I wanted....no, the hat that I NEEDED, wasn't out there. Part of the problem stems from my big head. I have a larger than average head for a woman. I'm not taking a Shrek head, but definitely not petite. Some of the hats I bought in the past simply wouldn't even go on (mostly hats I purchased from Shein). Some went on, but were too tight and after wearing them for a while I felt confident I was losing blood flow to the top of my head. I did find some that fit, but they were either flimsy or quite frankly, ugly. I had settled on a man's hat I found at Walmart because it fit, covered enough to be functional and I could throw it in the washing machine. However, I ran across this hat on Amazon and thought, "What the heck? I can return it (although I'll probably forget and end up with another crappy hat in my collection) so why not?" When I say that I'm so happy I ordered this hat, please know that you can switch out "happy" with words like delighted, ecstatic, joy-filled and blissful. This hat is cute and so functional. First, it fits my head. There is a little adjustable band in the back so big-headed gals like me can have the room we need. Second, the hole for the pony-tail is big enough for a thick, curly pony-tail. Third, it covers your face and neck without being obnoxiously large. Fourth, it is completely functional and sturdy. I just got back from the beach and would spend a couple of hours a day out in the water fighting the waves with my teenagers. I would just put my back to the waves and when a giant one came and drenched everyone else, the wave completely left my face alone because the brim of the hat acted as a sturdy barrier and I had no mouth/nose full of salt water to contend with. PLUS, even though I used sunscreen everywhere, my face and neck are the only places that ended up without a burn. I'm ordering two more of these hats in case they stop making them before I wear this one out.

I have mixed feelings about this sunhat. I love the color and am trying to look past the bigger issues. The hat does fit well and it stays on pretty effectively in windy conditions.For me the big problem is that the seller folds the hat in fourths for storage and shipping, and this creates big creases in the brim that just do not come out. I have to pop the brim up to help counterbalance the effect of the creases/bends and then I lose the shade created by the hat brim. Frustrating.Also the construction/material is less than that of the popular Outdoors Tribe sunhat that this is modeled on. (I bought both to compare.) The brim is less thick and sturdy, the stitching is sloppier, and the snaps are a different size. The inner trim of this hat also does slip down over the head when the hat is being worn and it stays in place on the OT hat. The OT hat is shipped folded in half along the seams so it doesn’t come all bent out of shape and I highly recommend that this seller start doing the same. It’s annoying to have a new hat come with bends in the hat brim that reduce the functionality and appearance of the product. Honestly the only reason I’m keeping the hat is that I love the color and needed a sunhat for a trip I was taking.
