AMAZING
Best tasting chocolate protein I’ve ever had. It doesn’t have a “chalk” aftertaste like my protein does. Good macro nutrients

One of the better whey protein powders I have tried. Made in Hull.
This protein powder is made in Hull in the UK so at least hasn’t had to travel halfway around the world. It presents fairly cleanly without too much noise our outlandish shouty claims on the packaging. It is a relatively low-carb protein powder so is good for anyone wanting to boost their protein intake but not necessarily gain too much weight in the process - i.e. me. It doesn’t go into any specifics about the source or quality of the ingredients like some can do (i.e. ‘grass-fed’ etc.) and it doesn’t purport to be of any particular strain of whey protein (such as ‘isolate’), so it’s just a good-ol’ standard low-carb whey protein. Each serving offers you 21g of protein which is fairly average for these kind of things. I’ve had protein shakes that were higher in protein concentration than this before, but anything 20g+ is decent enough. It mixes relatively well provided you shake your shaker with enough vigour. Taste-wise it has that fairly typical artificially sweetened flavour that is very hard for any manufacturer to mask. I chose the ubiquitous ‘chocolate’ flavour as it is always a staple to compare between different brands, and it’s pretty good. Not the best-tasting protein shake I’ve ever had, but not bad at all. The packaging suggests you can have up to 2 servings per day. I have known some to suggest up to 4 servings per day. I think I will just take this as-and-when I feel like it as I find protein shakes to be quite good appetite suppressants. I haven’t noticed any obvious adverse side-effects (wind, bloat, skin break-outs etc.) but these can vary from person-to-person. Overall, this has proved to be a decent offering and is on my radar for a possible repeat purchase when I’ve run out of my other protein stores.
