These Gluco Bio capsules are full of vitamins and minerals to help support healthy blood sugar levels. They are easy to take with liquid, and have no unpleasant odors or taste. They arrived in a vacuum sealed bottle that had a "good until" date of 2027. So far, I have had no unwanted side effects from taking these capsules.I feel that I have to address one review of this product that I think is misleading. There is nowhere in the product description for this supplement that says it is a substitute for doctor prescribed medication. If you have been prescribed a medication from your physician, you should NOT stop taking it and use this in its place. You should actually ask your doctor prior to taking any supplement how it will/will not affect any medications you are already taking. Be proactive and make informed decisions when it comes to your health.

There was only one ingredient on the list that I was not familiar with: zeaxanthin. So naturally I had to look it up. When I read that some people use it for age-related vision loss, I was willing to give this supplement a try. The mix of ingredients is a proprietary blend, so we can't be sure exactly how much of each ingredient is in the mix. That makes it even more important to feel that there is nothing in the mix that might cause a problem in too large an amount. I naturally can't be sure when or how I'll know whether this supplement is doing me any good, but I can at least report that I have not had any negative reaction to it and the capsules are standard supplement size and easy enough to swallow. The bottle has a neutral smell and the expiration date is about two years out. One interesting thing about the suggested use: while most supplements say to take them with a meal, this supplement specifically suggests taking it between meals. I don't know if something happens if you have too much food in your stomach when you take it, but I just put a capsule in my pocket and take it in the middle of the day when I'm near a sink or water fountain.
