Bike was good but there was no instructions book to assemble it.

There are a lot if problems with the bike, • The Listing Of The Bike i Purchased is Different from the Bike I Received. • The Bike Box Packaging was Open and Ripped, the Box was then Placed Inside a Woven Polypropylene Sack and Tied Up. ( Extremly Scruffy Unprofessional Looking.) • Bike isn't 85% Assembled As Described In Listing. • Handle Bars Don’t Fit Into Frame So Ineffective. • The Stickers Supplied With The Bike Have already Been Stuck onto the Bike itself, Very Poor Job, Air Bubbles In Sticker, Sticker Wonky. • No Reflectors Anywhere On Bike. As Per Listing. ( Handlebars, Seat, Wheels ) • Bike Has Numerous Scratches Over Frame. • No Instructions Included As Per Listing • Front Wheel Missing Bolts/Nuts To Secure To Bike Frame. • Few Spikes On Front & Back Wheel Loose. • Alan Key Wrong Size So Ineffective. • Spanner Wrong Size So Ineffective. • Back Break Disconnected ( if that's what it’s supposed to be but it doesn’t look like a brake. ) • I am Undecided if I should Report this to Trading Standards. This Listing & Product are both an Absolute Mess. • Is The Bike Even Safe For A Child To Ride or is it Going To Fall Apart 🚫 0* Stars 🚫

This item was supposed to be 85% assembled and would be delivered with necessary tools. I do not know how the figure of 85% was reached, but there were a lot of unassembled parts in the box but did not contain a specific allen key to fit and adjust the handlebars. Unfortunately, neither were assembly instructions nor even a picture of what the finished cycle looked like. I consider my self reasonably mechanically capable, but it took me over 4 hours and then I still needed help to adjust the brakes. Once assembled it seems to be suitable for my four year old Grandson. It is well constructed and sturdy for a lively four your old. In terms of cost, £99 it is in the same order of similar cycles from other manufacturers. As noted above , there was no instructions. This is the biggest negative and the reason for one star rating. Would I purchase it again and go through the frustration? Never

Box was really badly damaged and there was pieces missing but was easy to solve and good sent the pieces I needed

Bike isnt the same as picture its more bland , not easy to put together and instructions are wrong its showing a bit on the back wheel like a square but them parts are not with it yet the bike cost £99 ridiculous amazon is a scam
