The shirt was quite literally waded up and shoved into a plastic bag. It was as wrinkled as though it was in a laundry hamper. I'm not suggesting it was worn and returned. But I believe it was returned. I do not have a problem with returned items that aren't used being sold as new, but the repackaging was horrid. After washing and drying it looked as expected. Also the collar stays are not removeable.

I really like these shirts. It had been a minute since I refreshed my business attire , so by trial and error I finally bought the right size in the 17" x 34"-35". The fabric is extremely comfortable and breathable. These also have a nice spread collar to accomodate necktie knots of various styles and sizes. I typically don't expect a lot from a shirt under 30.00, but these Van Heusen shirts are of a very nice quality. I feel really good about this purchase. A+

Damaged upon arrival button missing on one sleeve and the shirt looks like it's been ran over by a car.
