I have never written a review on a product before, but this has changed my sons sleep! We put it on the soles of his feet and he now sleeps 11-12 hours a night. It totally calms him and works amazingly! The cream also smells lovely, easy to apply, not sticky at all.

I was recommended this by a friend as our baby was the devil at bedtime and refused to go down despite being tired. We brought this and after one use noticed a difference, we use 4 pumps and apply it on the legs and chest/back. He went from refusing his cot to going down perfectly, it's definitely relaxing and helps him nod off! It's not a sticky, greasy lotion either. It absorbs well and smells incredible! I'd definitely recommend it, we did a patch test before we fully applied it as I had seen some reviews elsewhere that said some babies can have reactions to it, so we did a small patch test on his shoulder and all was good

This cream has a lovely scent to it. It's not too overpowering for use on babies at nighttime. The lotion absorbs well into the skin and doesn't leave a residue. I found ny baby more relaxed throughout the night after being massaged with this lotion during bedtime routine. It is fairly pricey for a lotion, however if looking for one to help relax baby and perhaps help with restlessness overnight it's worth it.

Been using this for my 4year old for several weeks now, he's always been a light sleeper and woke up several times a night. Now he puts some on his shoulders and tummy every night and sleeps right through. He loves the smell and calls it his sleepy cream. Its also nice to apply not greasy at all and lasts a while as you only need to apply sparingly.

This is a lovely product. However it certainly doesn’t calm my hyper boy at bedtime. I would say once he starts to get naturally tired it probably does help with calming down and promoting sleep, but only once he’s decided he’s had enough and it’s near his bedtime anyway, which guaranteed is an hour or two after I’ve tried to put him to bed anyway. I would think if your child is already sleepy then this product is great. But it would need them to be open to sleep which my wee boy generally isn’t.

I like the smell! My 3 year old does seem to get to sleep quicker after using it, but does it make him stay asleep ha no! I use it on myself too, I find it nice and soothing.

Been using a week. Baby is sleeping better and wakes up slightly less . Hoping it will help out more in future

Did not work

I don't want to make broad generalizations about what might be true for all users of this product, however, I would like to provide my sincere support for this sleep lotion as a foster parent of a child that has some very unhealthy experiences with sleep. What you or I call normal is not normal for individuals that grow up in the foster system, and, for better or worse, cannot be reasonably expected to be. What you will find with any child in foster care is that many have experienced trauma throughout their lives and interrupted and unrestful sleep is natural consequence of this reality. My foster child has historically been very anxious and shows symptoms of separation anxiety that make putting them down difficult resulting in the foster child screaming and crying for 30 minutes to an hour until they finally tire out and fall asleep. With this lotion, I was able to see the effects and their body and mind slow down within 15 minutes and by 45 minutes I was able to put them down without issue. I, personally, have taken magnesium supplements before bed for years and have used it during times to manage stressful situations. Whether this product will work for all children equally, but I can testify that in a difficult circumstance, this product worked for my family.

Love this lotion! I was skeptical, but it has truly helped my little one sleep. He's 16 months old and has always been a decent sleeper, but I can always tell the nights his legs hurt because he's so so restless. Its also almost always taken us half an hour or more of rocking and nursing for him to fall asleep. After using the lotion, he falls asleep within 15 minutes and sleeps a great first stretch, typically only waking once or twice throughout the whole night. It smells good and isn't greasy. I'll definitely be keeping this in the house at all times!

Update: It may have just taken a few days because it seems to maybe be working better now. He still gets riled before bed but less tossing and turning. It seems like he’s falling asleep faster because he’s also waking up on time and in a happy mood (we usually have to wake him for daycare). He definitely needs 4-5 pumps. I will probably keep trying it for awhile. I don’t think this works for our 3 year old son unfortunately. Despite having a bedtime routine for years, he gets super riled up as soon as it’s time to turn the lights off and then once finally calm, takes an hour to fall asleep many nights. This hasn’t seemed to make much or any of a difference. It has a nice light smell but I don’t think it’s potent enough for him. That or Magnesium just doesn’t work for him.
