Bloating portion control
I tried to find information on this new Metabolife before I bought it but there wasn't a whole lot about it. I can tell you my experience now that I have tried it. It is to control the portions you eat which is why you take it 30 min before a meal, as a result it caused me severe uncomfortable bloating. The original Metabolife provided energy and I was looking for something to assist with digestion and metabolizing my meals or something more like that. If you need help with portion control this may help, just take it slow until you experience the effects.

I swear by this product. I have lost a considerable amount of weight since using this product, it helps curb my appetite and cravings giving me the time to make better and healthier food choices.

Not the original MetaboLife
Loved MetaboLife when it came out in the late 90's...really helped me lose a bunch of weight. I was thrilled to find MetaboLife back on Amazon all these years later, but it is not the same. Did some research and the original MetaboLife used the dangerous Phen Phen, so the new one has changed the formula. While it does help to lesson your appetite, it doesn't help you lose weight like in the past. Glad that the Phen Phen has ben removed, but the product still needs some tweaking.

An Energy Supplement
Glad that this product was available. I only take one in the mornings if I want that extra energy or if I am running late and will be skipping breakfast. Works as specified, please just as all supplements, follow the instructions.

Day two
So it’s day two of me taking the Metabolife and I noticed it has been suppressing my appetite. I’ve only eaten once today and I’m not even hungry but drinking a lot of liquid stuff and it doesn’t give me the same energy as the old Metabolife did but I feel like it’s working
