This product was ok for me. I didn't like the taste it was way to sweet for me, and the texture. But it seemed to work good

I started taking this 8 months ago. My husband noted the difference in my complexion. Now he's taking them too. They're delicious too.

Initially I bought these for vanity reasons as I am now 40 and seeing signs of aging. I haven't been taking long enough to see results from that, but holy mental clarity! I have struggled with depression and anxiety as well as adhd for years. While I am still a little squirrely I have not felt this mental clarity and happy in a LONG time. Even during stressful home and very stressful work situations I have still felt calm and happy. I'm sure its a combination of the supplements and not just the NAD but it is absolutely amazing. Only adverse side effects I've had are some slight headaches here and there so far, but my mood and energy levels have made it worth it. I will update with before and after of how it effects my skin after a month of use. But I definitely recommend this supplement so far.
