This is an awesome product. Fast engraving times, high detail. I have had this for about 24 hours and have had an absolute blast with it. 3inch by 3inch image takes about 20 minutes to do. Lettering goes super quick. I think I spend more time on set up than actually engraving.

Spent almost $5,000 on this product and its accessories... which was supposed ship and arrive in 2 days. This was "guaranteed delivered by August 6" .... delayed multiple times and finally arrived August 13th. Item does not work out of the box. I reached out to Commarker directly, and did not get a response for around 24 hours.... to which they told me to open it and fix it myself. I complained that I shouldn't have to repair a $4,500 machine and that it should work out of the box. They offered a $200 coupon code for me to fix it myself. I told them that was insulting and unacceptable. After going back and forth a bunch of emails.... I told them to ship me a fume extractor ($359) on their website and I would deal with fixing the machine. They said no. Awful customer service. Awful Quality.

Very powerful and versatile tool. Very quick and easy to assemble. The tough part is the steep learning curve to learning all the settings and the way they work with various materials. But once you get it figured out (and burn a lot of test materials!) it does a very detailed and high resolution job on many different surfaces, really excels on metal marking/engraving such as stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Etsy has downloadable library material settings files for purchase that match your particular wattage and lens setups (I have the 60 watt MOPA with 150x150mm lens). I tried the LightBurn 30-day free trial and ended up purchasing the Pro version for galvo lasers. I also purchased the Commarker 5 in 1 rotary set for doing round objects, with which I very successfully engraved both powder coated and plain stainless Yeti tumblers. You’ll also need some type of fume extraction set up; I assembled a vent extraction system with a 6” inline fan and hoses available on Amazon to a portable setup out of a sliding basement window, works great. Mine is just for hobby use, but the demand I’m getting from family and friends makes me understand how it could be a lucrative business setup as I get better at engraving tasks. Highly recommended if you have the time to do some research and homework on getting it set up. YouTube and various forums are your friends!
