Holy grail for oily eyelids
The best NON transfer eyeliner out there. Colour is gorgeous and saturated one swipe. Wears ALL day till I take it off. Need it in every colour. Stila WOW.

This is really great liner and does stay on until you remove it with a good eye makeup remover. I find that too many of this and other brands tend to dry out staying so long in Amazon warehouses. It is not the product makers fault. Amazon will replace it.
