Great pan! I love the finish. My favorite part is the insulated handle! The competitors’ handles are not insulated and are very hot when cooking. Cooks beautifully. Don’t ie much above MEDIUM heat.

Best pans I’ve ever own and I’ve own about of those so called non stick! It heats up and cook evenly. Nothing sticks and I’ve have them for months. They wash nicely. Here’s the deal people you can’t cook on high high temps in these types of pan you have to cook on medium or even between medium and high slow cook your food it’s worth the wait as these pans truly cook week and will last for a long time. Be kind to your pans and most of all your food it’s not meant to be thrown in high heat to cook as fast as you can! Read the instructions it truly is worth reading as I even learned a few things and once you get used to cooking on lower temps it truly works! And pans will last forever!

This pan is quite nice and stick free at first. It seems like all of the ceramic pans lose their stick free properties after a while and become an ordinary pan that stuff sticks to.

It looks good and will cook/fry/simmer/sear. I love this pan! This pan will cook anything perfectly using just a little olive oil over medium or lower heat, along with silicone utensils. Clean-up is just a wipe, rinse, and dry (I choose to hand wash instead of using the dishwasher, even though the directions say it is dishwasher-safe). So far, nothing sticks, and the pan is very durable and easy to handle. Make sure you use it according to the instructions if you want this pan to last a long time. I plan to purchase this entire Bobby Flay by Green Pan set in cream to replace my 20-year-old Calphalon set.

This new pan is now one of the worst ones I own. It's nonstick surface lasted through about 3 washings. I washed with soft sponge and dish soap and it does not want to come clean. It's stained and lost its nonstick abilities. I only use it on medium heat and use oil as recommended. I have tried seasoning the pan and it just doesn't make much difference. I definitely do not recommend this terrible pan.

This pan is a bargain and works awesome. Just don't over heat it and it will work perfectly!

It's a pleasure to use and cleans easily and well. The 12" size is exactly what I needed.
