This is my first projector, and it arrived in sturdy packaging. I received an almost perfect product. The projector itself looks great and features an adjustable stand at the bottom. After powering it on, the auto-focus function was highly accurate, and once I positioned it correctly, it was as convenient as turning on a TV. Additionally, the user interface and remote control design are intuitive and straightforward, making it very easy to operate and set up. Following the instructions, I used the remote control (requires two AAA batteries) to select the language and set up my account. And the friendly user interface and multiple connection options (including HD and USB) made the setup process effortless. I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and I especially love its brightness. The visual effects are clear and impressive. Moreover, it offers multiple options for watching videos. Using the remote and built-in apps, I can seamlessly navigate between different streaming services and access a wide range of content. I can also use screen mirroring to watch content directly from my phone. The operation is very simple—just log into a streaming account or download AirScreen for casting. Overall, I highly recommend this projector. Its excellent design, intuitive features, and impressive visual quality make it a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use home entertainment device. I ordered the Wanbo X5 Pro (2025) and was pleasantly surprised to receive it the same day via Amazon Prime delivery, which was super quick. I’ve been using the projector for a while now, and overall, I’m very impressed with what it offers in this price range. DESIGN & BUILD QUALITY: The projector looks super premium and very elegant. The design is modern, and the build quality feels solid and well-made. Has all the required ports on the back. REMOTE: Excellent lightweight remote with dedicated Netflix and streaming shortcut buttons, which are very convenient and make everyday use much easier. BRIGHTNESS: The first thing you’ll notice is the brightness. It’s officially rated at 1,100 ANSI, and it genuinely performs very well in dark rooms and even in dimly lit environments. It easily outperforms many budget projectors I’ve used before. Focus is reliable across most of the screen. COLORS & IMAGE QUALITY: The native 1080p resolution delivers a sharp, clean image with great clarity—especially for movies, YouTube, and general streaming. Colors look vibrant and natural, and the contrast is solid for an LCD projector. GOOGLE TV OS: It comes with an inbuilt Google TV stick, and the Google TV experience is smooth and stable. Apps like YouTube run without any issues, navigation feels responsive, and the initial setup is quick and straightforward. SPEAKER: The built-in speaker is decent for casual viewing. However, like most projectors, pairing it with an external speaker or soundbar provides a much better overall experience. DUST-FILTER: It features a side-mounted dust filter that can be easily removed and cleaned, helping keep the projector dust-resistant over time. This is a great addition compared to cheaper models, which tend to accumulate dust very quickly. The projector itself is great! Crisp picture. Easy to set up. The remote control is not great. It connected to the projector just fine but once it connected every button has to be hit multiple times before it works. Other than the remote, really love this projector.

Sound quality and picture quality deserve 5 stars. My only issue is every time it turns on it runs thru auto focus and half the time the auto focus is blurry so I have to manually go to settings and focus.

I like how clear the picture is; however, the cons are too many to ignore. The settings are constantly changing outside my settings. Im English speaker and every night I have to change the language from Chinese to English. Every night! The speakers are located on the sides so unless you plan on putting this beside you is hard to hear. Its in front of our bed and we have to have volume on full blast to hear over the fan. Lastly, I have to smash the buttons on the remote in order for them to register. Sometimes I feel like I am going to break the remote because it never wants to either change the channel or go to the home screen when I push those buttons. I would have returned this item but I waited to late. I would not recommend.
