Quality, functionality, value
Great sound quality. With superior noise cancellation. I love being in my own world when they are on. The comfort is good however I do need to remove them to rest my ears due to the heaviness. First time wearing headphones. Easy to clean and store. The zippered bag they come in is good quality and just enough room to accommodate the headphones. Most appreciate the instant Bluetooth connection. No fuss.

long lasting and perfect sound!
super love the quality and noise cancellation aspect of these but if you have ear piercings even just gauges, it can be a bit uncomfortable to have on for longer periods of time. next time i’ll probably aim for over/around the ear style! i bought two pairs of these for myself and my partner and we both love using them especially for the gym! perfect quality that i expect from the beats brand!

Great Product
The Beats Solo 4 are solid everyday wireless headphones with standout battery life, intuitive connectivity, and balanced sound. They’re not the most feature-rich or comfortable for extended wear, but they deliver reliable performance for casual listening and travel — especially if you prioritize easy pairing and long hours between charges.

Stylish Comfort Meets Impressive Sound Quality
I’ve been using the Beats Solo 4 in Cloud Pink for a few weeks now, and they’ve quickly become my go-to headphones for both travel and daily use. The first thing I noticed is how lightweight and comfortable they are — even during long listening sessions, they never feel heavy or tight. The soft ear cushions create a nice seal that helps block out background noise without the need for active noise cancellation. The sound profile is what you’d expect from Beats — rich bass with plenty of detail across the mids and highs. It’s powerful without being overwhelming, which makes everything from podcasts to pop playlists sound great. They also handle calls really well; voices come through crisp and clear on both ends. Battery life is another standout feature. Up to 50 hours of playback per charge is impressive, and I genuinely only had to plug them in once during two solid weeks of use. Fast Fuel charging is a lifesaver — a quick 10-minute charge easily got me through a long day. Connectivity has been smooth with both my iPhone and an Android tablet — pairing is quick, and switching devices is seamless. The Cloud Pink color is gorgeous in person: soft, modern, and subtly eye-catching without being too flashy. Overall: If you’re looking for a balance of style, comfort, and sound performance, the Beats Solo 4 delivers. They combine premium design with everyday practicality, making them a great choice for commuters, students, or anyone who loves music on the go.

Awesome!!
Love the sound quality and it's light weight. Fits very well. Easy volume buttons. High quality product, highly recommended. And it plays without power or bluetooth if you plug it into your phone.

Solid headphones
I see the black Friday deal is the same amount I paid in March. It’s very deceptive when companies do this, and label it as a “Black Friday deal” making you think you’re getting a good price. Anyway. I like these a lot. The battery life is super long and the sound is really good. They do a good job at muting outside noise and they fold up quite small. The biggest issue I have is comfort. They are not the most comfortable headphones. After sitting on your ears for 20 or so minutes, I find myself adjusting them. After 30-40 minutes my ears start to hurt. I can see discomfort after an extended amount of time, but I wouldn’t expect to feel discomfort after less than an hour. I know they have an option that fits over the ear, and I would probably opt for that one if I’m ever in the market again. I don’t know if they are worth the price. I haven’t tried other brands, but they were very easy to set up on my phone, and they connect right away when turned on. Overall I really like these a lot, aside from the discomfort and misleading “sale” price.

She uses these both when we travel and at home, and they’ve been great. The battery lasts a long time, the sound is clear, and they’re comfortable for extended wear. Easy to connect and very convenient for everyday use.

The Beats Solo 4 represents a major technical leap for one of the most recognizable pairs of headphones on the planet. While the iconic, foldable design remains familiar, the internal hardware has been completely overhauled to meet modern standards. The Gold and Black aesthetic provides a high-end, sophisticated look that feels more mature than earlier iterations. One of the most impressive upgrades is the staggering 50 hours of battery life, which allows most people to go an entire week without reaching for a charging cable. Even if you do run out of power, the Fast Fuel feature provides five hours of playback from just a ten-minute charge, and the addition of a 3.5mm port means you can still listen to music even when the battery is completely dead. Sound quality has also seen a significant refinement. These headphones now feature custom 40mm transducers designed to reduce electronic interference and distortion, resulting in a much cleaner and more balanced sound profile than the bass-heavy Beats of the past. They also support Personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking, which creates an immersive, theater-like experience for movies and music. It is worth noting that these are "on-ear" headphones, meaning they rest directly on your ears rather than surrounding them. While the new UltraPlush cushions are incredibly soft, they prioritize a secure fit that stays put during movement, which some users may find a bit snug during very long listening sessions. Compatibility is another area where the Solo 4 shines, offering a truly "platform-agnostic" experience. They feature one-touch pairing for both Apple and Android devices and integrate perfectly with both "Find My" and "Find My Device" ecosystems. Unlike the larger Studio Pro model, the Solo 4 relies on passive noise isolation rather than active noise cancellation; while the thick cushions do a great job of blocking out office chatter and street noise, they won't completely silence a loud airplane engine. For the commuter or student who wants a mix of legendary style, massive battery life, and high-fidelity sound in a portable package, the Solo 4 is a top-tier contender.

The sound quality is clear and punchy, with strong bass that doesn’t overpower the mids and highs. They’re great for music, videos, and everyday use. The headphones are lightweight and comfortable, even during longer listening sessions. The on-ear design fits well and feels secure without being too tight. Build quality feels solid and premium. Battery life is excellent — they last a long time on a single charge, and the quick-charge feature is very convenient when you’re in a hurry. Bluetooth connection is stable and pairs quickly with my devices. Overall, the Beats Solo 4 deliver reliable performance, good sound, and strong battery life in a stylish and portable package. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality wireless on-ear headphones.

I'm a huge headphone collector always looking for good quality sets. A very long time ago I used to own the first beats generation whose quality was amazing... over time I started using other sets and brands like Sony, Bose, etc.. I have a lot of sets for particular purposes. Yes is right that these don't come with noise cancelling and that music doesn't stop when you take them off... but I was not looking for any high end/premium headphones, but instead something more simple, classic, that could deliver good sound quality. It is also true that its bass is not what it used to be, but this is to help to provide a better and more crisp sound. Apple indeed made a downgrade and I'm not a full fan of downgrading bass, but being able to use the spatial sound feature in these is great, it makes music much more enjoyable with clear vocals and you can actually distinguish instruments better than just having a full blast on the bass. Again, I wasn't going for a noise cancelling set, and its "passive" noise cancelling is good enough (not for very loud places like airplanes though) but that's why I have other sets in case I want noise cancelling. This stays on pretty well while working out and even though is not specified it does feel sweat resistance and they feel pretty comfortable. Love their size btw, small, compact enough to fit in a my already bulky backpack. It came with a very nice case/pack where I can fill with a few more stuff, so that's a big plus. Not sure other models, but I loved my blue ones. Now... even though they feel quite comfortable, not sure they would be in the long run... they get a little less comfortable after an hour of use or so, bringing a little pressure in your ears, particularly the right side near the charging port (something odd about it makes it uncomfortable). Cushion is not as stiff like other brands, but it's ok... not the best, but manageable. Overall I do give these a 5 star because of the price/quality value, their sound quality, durability, and how convenient this are. Is probably not a must buy, but I would buy them again. note: My wife tried them and now she wants a pair too LOL, she loved them... So will buy another set just for her.
