My son received this scooter for his 11th birthday and picked it out specifically for all the bells and whistles. He loves the speed, lights and suspension. The trunk and seat are removable. After a few months the mode would not change out of first or go faster than 10mph. I contacted Ruitoo directly and they were very responsive with their communication. They have offered to send a new part to hopefully fix the issue. I will update the review once the part has been received and the issue is resolved.

Wish I could send it back get money back Don't need it and cripple now can't use it for sale got to get rid of it Good item though

Bought this for my son for Christmas we took it out the day after the scooter is very fast and comfortable it almost scared me a little bit LOL make sure you're wearing a helmet only cons were it didn't come with instructions and went to install the luggage you can't fold it or at least I can't I was able to figure out how to assemble it it end up being kind of easy even though I don't consider myself the best person when it comes to putting things together I will update my review after more experience

Very bad buy, front lights and break light are not function in use of less then 2 months . I’m relying on this scooter to commute to work, but it is so unsafe on my way back from work without lights in the evening! Once it gets safety issues, this should not be a qualified product for sale. After reporting the lights problem, I was taking this video 3 days later , this scooter even broke down on the road by the time I reaching to the 3rd intersection on my way to work! The rear wheel seemed to be holding, making it completely not move! it’s so so disappointing that I have only been having this scooter for 2 months, as you can see from my video, it’s still new, but already not able to be use! First of all was front light not functioning, and then found out that the break light was not working properly , and then rear wheel was not moving , too much problem!

Just got it..rides gra8 fast and the battery life last a long time...but it's still new so give it a couple of months that's when the review really counts.

Ideally fun and reliable outstanding performance compliments and reluctant feedback on buys wanting to own one to runs good besides missing a part costumer service was very supportive and helpful

I weigh about 240 and I can go up a 45 degree angle with no issues. It’s a smooth ride. I have already been asked by my coworkers. It is a great buy. It’s rugged. The battery life on it is last a long time.

After trying many other scooters, I found this to be a fantastic scooter. I’m 6’4” and it fits me perfectly. I especially appreciate the 3 speeds provided, a real safety feature. Assembly was a cinch, not much to assemble as it came almost 100% completed!
