Cannot fault the service , item arrived ahead of schedule by a couple of days. The water feature itself looks lovely and is totally compact just need a plug socket, and a small jug of water and your all done. However, whilst it looks lovely it does not produce the sound of running water which defeated the reason for our purchase, so sadly have returned.

Beautiful small water feature. It fits perfectly in to the corner of my patio giving interest and a relaxing sound as the water runs over the ball. Very easy to put together, ready and working in minutes.

This is a lovely water feature which Ive purchased before some 5 years ago and still works fine! Recently I’ve purchased a second one to use indoors as I love the sound of water running as it’s very calming. I like the led lights which when used indoors gives a lovely soft glow and flickers as the water hits the lights. You can change the flow of the water as the lump has a small lever to alter the flow of water to suit you. It’s a perfect size for inside or outside and has a good length of cable to. It holds a good amount water and so you don’t need to refill the water reservoir to often! It’s also a decent weight so won’t blow over in strong winds although I’d recommend not leaving it running 24/7 outdoors incase the water runs out which will ruin the pump. Great item 10/10.👍

Arrived completely broken on the inside (not the outside somehow), which makes me think they shipped it broken and not that it broke in transit. Also, just generally not worth the money it's on here for. It's very cheaply made

Idillic…superb value for money. I was expecting it to be sent back to be honest, but I was gladly, delightfully surprise by the quality and the set up, with the night light a bonus. The noise is tranquil, you hear nothing of the motor, but the peaceful trickle of water. Highly recommend, easy to set up and SO easy to sit back and relax.
