Works as advertised: Provides relief from leg swelling caused by edema.
I purchased this product as a Christmas gift for my husband, who suffers from severe and often quite painful edema in his legs due to congestive heart failure. We didn't open it and try it for a month or so, as he wanted to consult with his Cardiologist for confirmation that it would be safe for him to use. He brought the device with him to his appointment to show his Doctor who confirmed that such devices, used in conjunction with elevating the legs, can often reduce swelling and provide relief. The first time he used it, he found that to be the case--it both substantially reduced swelling and was helpful in reducing the pain caused by the swelling. He has continued using it on a regular basis, and it continues to provide him relief. Overall, the product and its remote are easy to use, and he has found through experimentation, that the cycle which produces rapid compression moving up and down his calves provides him the most relief. The only challenges he has (and why I gave it 4 stars for "ease of use") are likely more related to his situation, and not a defect of the product itself, and are both related to actually fitting the cuffs/boots on his legs. First, it is difficult for him, and may be for others with mobility/flexibility challenges, to lean over and apply the cuffs to his legs tight enough for them to be most effective, so I assist him with putting them on. Second--and this might be due to the fact that he as HUGE calves--the "extension panels" that attach to the cuffs with Velcro are barely large enough to encircle his legs, and there is no compression delivered to the areas of his legs that are covered by them. My suggestion for possible product design upgrades would be to offer the product in a range of sizes where the air chambers providing the compression would actually encircle the entire lower leg. Other than those two, rather small issues, the product absolutely works as advertised and both he and I highly recommend that you give it a try! On a side note, recently I have been experiencing what I believe might be "restless leg syndrome" while asleep at night, which has at times woken me. Although I don't have edema, I did try using the device on myself a few times before retiring for the night, when I had been on my feet all day and my legs felt "tired". I have to say that it felt wonderful, and seemed to calm my legs and improve my sleep! So this device might also provide relief to those who's occupation requires them to stand or be on their feet all day. The device is affordable, so I say "give it a try"!

I can't complain like I once thought I could
I simply can't complain. Simply being a heavy seat individual I initially didn't like the fact that it didn't go up higher on my thighs but once I started to play with the different modes and intensity I begin to feel it in my thighs more and more to the point where I had to lower the intensity. Brings great pressure to your legs and helps relieve pain.

Good pressure
Good so far. Wish it was a little longer on the calf. I'm 6'3. Pressure at max is quite a lot.

Air Compression Massager
It’s really firm on the legs, mainly the thighs, not sure why it’s tighter on my thighs than any other area. I was able to loosen the bands up if it was too tight. I'm 5’2” and the foot area is bigger than my feet I wear a size 8. Either I’m going to tighten the straps/pads/bands or I’m going to get a smaller size . It does compress very well. It feels like a blood pressure cuff. Although it works well not sure if my feet should have gone to sleep in the process. I was sitting on the floor during my first session. You hear the noise of this gadget, but it’s not bad. The sensation is a compression feeling of tightness, not a massage feeling.

I can’t believe how well these work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
These work just as well as the expensive ones athletes use. I’m surprised because the price was great, but they really do work. Easy to use, the design is convenient, and they are compact enough to take on a trip. I can’t review the heat option because I didn’t use it, but pushed it by mistake and it does work

Bulky and disappointing massage
Disappointed that there was no massage at all for the knees and ankles, nor across the top of the legs where the velcro attaches. Couldn't feel any heat, even at full strength. Also, this is big, bulky, and difficult to put on. The velcro is strong, but hard to get "just right" every time you struggle to strap it on. Plus, I didn't need both legs, only the one post surgery, so I returned this and purchased the single leg, battery powered Medisana instead. I'm thrilled with the full massage and variable strengths of compression of the Medisana. It is MUCH less bulky and comes with a small tote bag I can throw in my hall closet. The zipper entry and 360 degrees of compression is key! Purchased instead: Medisana Leg Compression Massager, Cordless Rechargeable Air Pressure Boot with Multi-Customize Modes, Intensities & Timer, Leg Compression for Circulation, Pain Relief, Recovery

Agressive, Powerful Massager Best Suited for Athletic Types of People
I wanted to like this massager but in the end it wasn’t for me. The pros: well-constructed with quality materials. Exceptionally strong Velcro fasteners. They include extensions for those who have very large calves, but for most people they are probably unnecessary. The controller has a bright, easy to read LED screen and setting various modes is straightforward if you follow the instruction booklet. (Although, the instructions say if you press a certain button three times it will turn the massager off but I could never get it to turn off. I had to unplug it instead.) Cons: it is a bit unwieldy. Strapping the sleeves around the calves is easy enough but the long, large flat inflation tubes that attach to the controller are awkward and require you to lay them on one leg or the other while holding the controller. You have to rest the controller on your lap while straightening the tubes and then plug the controller into a power outlet. (It’s not battery operated or USB connect optional.) I think this device is better suited for young people or athletes; not older people like me. The pressure, even on the mildest settings, was borderline painful for me. I tried loosening the Velcro and expanding the sleeves but it compensated by putting more air into each sleeve. The idea of something that can provide a warm massage to calves that are sore or strained is great conceptually. In reality it did not deliver a gentle massage but rather an aggressive kneading that was not comfortable.

Calf & ankle compression, once you work out the air hoses & cables as in tangles it’s good , I think better then wireless more durable, seems good early days .

Very close to human Legg pressing..If it has manual button to controll the pressing and has more than 20 minute option...It would be the greatest product...Sometimes I feel the pressure is low..and when I fall into sleep..it stop and wake up...That's the only 2 drawbacks of this device otherwise awesome product
