Long story short: it started leaking from the bottom after a month in use (about 6 times). This is actually a third replacement for a previous one that had the same issue. In conclusion-- every single one started leaking after a month. We end up buying a giant rice cooker that serves the same purpose without the hassle of having a water bath. I really wanted this to work out because it would had served it purpose and solved our problem, if it had noy started to leak after a month in use. We have a catering business and was looking for a food warmer to keep our food warm during our events. This was what we needed. After a month of using, about 6 times, it started leaking water. No amount of try and troubleshooting to control the leaking worked. We really wanted this to work as it is something we badly needed.

Qualità prezzo ottimo, ne ho acquistato 2, svolgono il suo lavoro in maniera efficiente,tenuti in funzione per circa 6 ore e hanno mantenuto le vivande a temperatura impostata,l unica cosa che temo è che uno dei due presenti un punto di corrosione sul fondo della vasca riscaldante, e temo che da qui a poco si possa forare causando infiltrazione ne circuito elettrico
