This is a sleek, attractive and well built fireplace. I don't leave many product reviews but I was so impressed by this fireplace that I felt it warranted providing one. I am finishing my basement and am installing two fireplaces. I ordered the 78" WiFii Oxhart Flame. I had also ordered a 72" fireplace from a different manufacturer that was slightly cheaper but in the same price range. When opening the boxes, the difference in quality between the two was striking. The Oxhart Flame is much heavier and solid. The metal finish and glass front were far more attractive. The exhaust grill across the top looks sleek and high-end. I had actually opened the box for the other brand first and I wasn't initially that dissatisfied until I opened the Oxhart Flame and realized just how much better it was. Other features: Remote is responsive and works well for adjusting flame effects and temperature. The flame of course doesn't fully replicate a real fire but is beautiful with numerous adjustments. It has a continuous nice-appearing log (other brand had 6 pieces that you had to assemble) as well as attractive crystals. While I haven't yet run the heater for an extended periord of time, it puts out a warm heat and allows you to set the temperature for the room. The only downside I have is that it beeps when making adjustments, although I haven't dug into the manual to know whether this can be silenced or not. I also haven't tried the WiFii control features yet. It does require a 6" wall cavity so a standard 2x4 wall will not work - will need 2x6. Overall, this is a stunningly beautiful fireplace that appears and functions as a high-end product. It is a great value at this price point and is markedly better than similarly priced fireplaces. In fact, I returned the 72" that I had ordered from a different manufacturer and ordered another Oxhart Fire. I am very pleased with this purchase!

That was a game-changer for us since we wouldn’t have been able to use the heating feature with most other models. The flame visuals are bright and beautiful, with multiple color options for both the fire and the logs, allowing us to customize the look depending on the mood. The heater kicks in quickly and puts out an impressive amount of warmth—perfect for cozying up without cranking up the thermostat. Overall, the value is outstanding. You’d easily spend double or triple on a comparable fireplace with the same features. This one delivers on both function and aesthetics without breaking the bank.

The flame is very realistic, it has a remote, but you can also control on your phone using the app. I haven’t had to use the heat yet, because it is still hot where I live. The design is sleek and looks really nice

Received this item, had it installed same day it was received - only to find out the heat function does not work on it. Now Amazon is replacing it however I have to pay to have it re-installed again. Not happy

Look really great, hope it continues to perform as well as it has so far. I measured several times before I purchased this, but was a little off as far as the taper of the firebox went and had to remove the side stone plates to provide clearance for the insert to fit.
