I am not a fan of over processed table salt. Yuck. So even though we only cook with salt we don't get the sodium-y taste by using other forms of salt. This one is quite good. Very smooth on the tongue. I will be purchasing more. Our go-to right now is Fleur de Sel from Quebec. We may need to add this one as well. Thank you.

I purchased this pack and found it to be an ideal seasoning for my food. It's dampness suggests it is high in magnesium which is a very important mineral for our body.
