Good and effective

When you read the description on the box the oil comes in it has very powerful antioxident and antibacterial effects and I will be trialling it for a while in preparation for taking this oil on holiday with me. The oil is very thick, 100% pure and natural and the smell reminds me of oils I have purchased in the past to ward off mosquitoes and used in my defuser. It’s a very strong lemon grass smell and not one I would particularly use on my skin daily but I will use it sparingly and assess its benefits over a longer period . However, it does have a lovely smell when used as an essential oil in the defuser and it can be also be used on hair and nails which I have not tried yet. It’s a very good price for an essential oil, would recommend.

Beautiful

Apart from the positive effects it is meant to have for skin, hair etc. this Monarda essential oil also works very well in a diffuser which is how we use it. The smell it creates in the room is very pleasant and may also ward off flying insects although we'll need to wait for the summer months to see if that is indeed the case. It is very good value for money at £4.64 at the current time and so I can recommend this.

Positives:- 100% Pure Monarda Essential Oil. Cruelty-free, and vegan. Premium therapeutic grade. Suitable for a variety of purposes. Antifungal, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties. Glass bottle - with glass dropper. Negatives:- Only that I was sent the 30ml size to review, but it is much cheaper pro-rata to buy the larger 60ml size. Observations:- Came shrink-wrapped in an overprinted cardboard box, which contained the 30ml Bottle of Monarda Pure Essential, and 2 mini cosmetic brushes. Conclusion:- I had not heard of Monarda before I saw this product on the Amazon Vine list of available products to review, but I am very glad that I submitted a request which was accepted, because this is an excellent multi-purpose 100% Pure Essential Oil. It has some similar properties to Tea Tree Pure Essential Oil, but with a much more pleasant fragrance, which also makes it ideal for use with a diffuser, and when used for that purpose a few drops go a long way. I am giving this product a 5 star rating based on the larger 60ml size, because, at the time of writing this review, it is so much better value on the Amazon UK website, costing only £1.10 more than the 30ml size.

This oil has been OK but the scent isn't very strong. It hasn't caused any skin reactions but seems a little bit pricey for what it is. I'm not using it very frequently though as it seems a little thing in consistency.
