I tried this for the 1st time with my morning coffee and normal breakfast. I only took 10ml at 10am. It is 6:30pm and my appetite is still under control. For the 1st time that I can remember in a long time, the food noise and "hangry" feeling is gone. I have the mental stamina to work straight through my working day and beyond. I'm hooked. Admittedly, this is the 1st time I've ever tried MCT oil so I don't have anything to compare it to. I don't know if the effects wear off with long-term usage. However, i had no adverse stomach reaction and based on the product details, this is the best option given the purity (C8) and (3rd party) testing. The bottle was well packaged so there was no leakage during shipping. It has a clear color and light oil texture that was not noticeable in my coffee but I used a zero sugar coconut creme liquid creamer. The flavor could have just been very complementary. Given the size of the bottle, this will last me a little over a month so it's a good value for the money. It does not have a smell either.

This actually assists in weight loss..... Pleasant taste, easy to add to any meal and is great energy in place of a sugary carbohydrate snack.

I started using this organic MCT Oil after a couple of weeks of beginning keto eating. I feel it helps me to have moderate energy throughout the day and some boosts in my fat burning because I was seeing results through loss of weight. I believe it helped me progress out of the brain fog I was in from starting up the healthier Keto eating. I started with 1 tsp at a time and after increased every week until I was at 1 tbsp. I stay at 1 tbsp a day. I put it in my flavored water and drink it in the mornings. I believe it helps in stabilizing my blood sugar because I can last longer between meals without feeling cravings.

Pros: -Price is a bit lower than its direct competitors (100% C8, organic) -No taste, great in coffee -No stomach upset as long as one starts out with 1 tsp and works up slowly Cons: -Plastic bottle (is it REALLY food safe??) -Awkward to dispense straight from bottle (needed to transfer to glass bottle with pour spout) -only available in 16 oz bottle (why?) -no overnight or 2 day shipping -no subscribe and save available anymore

This is my second time purchasing this product. I have a daughter diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and we are currently introducing her to the KETO diet. After weeks of research, I have checked other MCT oil products but this is the only product & company I can trust. The product came well packaged and sealed. The liquid is clear and has no odor. We slowly introduced it to my daughter by mixing it on her tube feeding, and now she is currently taking 9ml three times a day. Tolerating well. We are currently on our 4th bottle, and we will be ordering soon. THIS IS NOT A PAID REVIEW.
