I have bought other flat irons, and returned them immediately, but this Kristen Ess, did the trick, no more waiting for it to get hot, it’s fast, one pass, and can also curl and style same time I’m straightening. Firstly, love the design, it’s so cute, white, clean and sleek. Along with this it is light weight and was accompanied with safe guard for when it is hot. That was an unexpected addition which I appreciated. It straightens and curls my wigs fairly well despite it not going up to 480. The heat protector is a sold 10/10. It is effective as well as it smells good.

The barrel is perfect for curling, it held my curls for 4 days before I washed it. The temperature shows digitally which I liked, and it gives you a guide based on your hair type for what heat setting you should use. The heat protection also smells amazing and smooths/shines my hair in a pretty way. Bonus, the iron also comes with a cover which I’ve never had before so it was a bonus that i actually really liked.

Absolutely love this heat protectant and hot tool. The spray smells so good and leaves my hair so smooth and silky and the hot tool is so easy to use , I love the auto shut off and it leaves my hair looking like I just left a salon!
