The powder dissolves into a clear liquid with no real taste but a very peculiar after taste. If you are looking for a powder mix for beef bone broth, this is not it

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was wanting to take more bone broth, but quickly tired of the beef and chicken flavors. This truly is unflavored. I have it in cereal, in coffee and in tea. Much more versatile than a soup-like base.

This is not bone broth. It is a white powder. Doesn't taste anything like bone broth. When you mix it with water, it is white. Never seen bone broth white. The taste of it is terrible.
