I used this medicine few months when it had a thick consistency and worked well. However, over the last two months, the formula has become much thinner and is no longer as effective. My son is getting the flu more often again, so I’m now looking for an alternative. Very disappointed with this change.

My son was sick and a searched for natural remedies. And I went through reviews from people before bought it. And I was glad I found this one. It helped him after a week of using it. It’s made with Organic English Ivy Leaf that helps clear mucus and soothe the throat, combined with Black Elderberry, Zinc, and Vitamin C. I love that it’s sugar-free. Helps clear mucus when coughing, soothes throat irritation, supports the immune system naturally, sweetened with tapioca syrup, not sugar! It tastes fruity. It is also good when the change of seasons, when everyone’s sniffling and coughing around.

Very nice Elderberry product. I've taken this when needed, and as a preventative measure as people get colds around me. By doing so, the duration of my cold is shorter than those I know who don't use this stuff. The sleep herbs help get a restful sleep, and the more good sleep you get, the quicker your body heals from anything thrown at it. Cheers to this immune boost of tasteyness! Slightly grany in comparison to other syrups I've had, but, I feel it's because they are more legit ingredients. Enjoy the fruits of nature people and thrive forward! Have to put it in the fridge after opening, and to be honest the chill is a nice addition.

Love to take this daily during travel, colder months, and times of low immunity. Tastes ok, the toddlers (ages 2 and 4) love the taste. Our whole family of all ages from 2-35 take it. I do wish the bottle came in bigger sizes because we are a family of 5 and it goes quickly when taking daily.

I bought this product to get my kiddo, age 13, off long term melatonin use. The melatonin was messing with his T3 levels of his thyroid. My child absolutely could not sleep without melatonin. I also wanted something natural for him. I am so glad I found this product because it works great! He is very picky about flavor and doesn't really care for the flavor, but doesn't fight about taking it. So it can't taste awful or there'd be no way he would take it. He has taken this for a month and it still works as well as the first time he took it. I wanted to make sure it was still working before I left a review I barely ever leave reviews. Something has to be really good or really bad before I will leave a review. I highly recommend trying this if you're looking for a natural sleep aid.

I love this brand garden of life is there amazing US DA organic non-GMO verified product it’s also vegan certified gluten-free certified in a carbon neutral product states that it’s supposed to help you relax so you can fall asleep quickly, and it does just that I’m really big on like essential oils and natural products in this product is amazing it has organic lemon extract, organic hibiscus extract, organic chamomile extract, organic passion, flower extract and L-Theanine from organic green tea all great herbs and supplements that have great qualities for restful sleep and they are amazing and the fact that it’s inconvenient spray bottle that you can just spray right into your mouth before bed is awesome. I actually like to make like an evening Mocktail type drink I do tart cherry juice, which is supposed to help you to fall asleep as well and then I spray this directly into my juice and I add a little bit of carbonated water, bubble water and it’s amazing and delicious. The great thing about this is that it’s supposed to help you not only fall asleep, but then when you wake up, you feel refreshed, you don’t feel bog down or groggy. It’s just a natural way for you to get a good nights restful sleep without feeling like super groggy like you would, if you were to take like PMs or something of that nature The convenience of the spray bottle again I cannot emphasize how amazing that is you can just use it directly. Put it on your nightstand or you can mix it in your drink like I said, so that is pretty awesome. This isn’t my first spray of vitamins I would say that I’ve used I love this method of getting your vitamins and it being like absorbed underneath your tongue, directly into your bloodstream, and allowing for it to work a lot faster than like a pill form, and it doesn’t have any of the fillers or capsules, that pills have that kind of prevent your body from naturally absorbing them as quick 10 out of 10 recommend if you are not buying this product to help you get a restful sleep than you are missing out .
