I love the peace of mind that this product provides, I can see for myself if my checked bag made it to the airport with me before I even see it on the baggage delivery conveyor belt. Sometimes I can even see that my bag is right next to my plane as I am boarding. On one flight it even said my checked bag was near me the whole flight, I guess my bag was right underneath me! Also since it is rechargeable I don't have to worry about the battery running out like I would with a Chipolo, and the charge is said to last the better part of a year, however that doesn't really matter to me because I will always recharge it right before every major trip anyway. Now, this technology does have its limitations though, it is not magic, but with what it can do already, it's already super beneficial to my peace of mind.

I bought this to track my luggage on an international trip. I have a Google Pixel phone so neither apple air tags or Samsung trackers work for me. Pebble was easy to install, use, and recharge. I would love for a keychain version or a waterproof case. Would definitely recommend this to my friends. The one downside is that you cannot lose the charger as it is unique to the device (think of the Fitbit chargers of old rathe than a Micro or C USB)

I love that it's rechargeable but the most important thing is how quickly they respond. Tile took forever to "respond" to the app. These are near instant. I love them. I hid one in my truck, in case it gets stolen lol.

Edit - I'm not sure if it was due to my review or just a coincidence, but after this review posted I suddenly started hearing back from Pebblebee. We have been able to successfully re-pair both devices to the "Find My" app and to the Pebblebee app so they can be updated. It is unfortunate that it took 3 months and a negative review to get to a solution. And due to the issue, I'm not sure I feel confident in the effectiveness of the product, but I will change the review to 3 stars. Original Review: I would like to leave a positive review, but based on my current experience with the product and customer service, I cannot. 2 of the trackers I've purchased can no longer be connected to the Pebblebee app, and are unable to be updated. I reached out to support in early November. After having me troubleshoot with no resolution, Pebblebee support has now gone silent, no longer replying to my emails. If you want a tracker that will last more that 6 months or at least would come with customer support while still under warranty, avoid Pebblebee.

I hate to be that guy that leaves a one-star review. Unfortunately, this is one of those times. I received two of these today and promptly set them up easily. That was about the end of the good experience. With both tags very close, one 8 ft to my left the other five feet behind me, things started going downhill rapidly. Initially, the one behind me would register in the Android app, the other would not. Now a few hours later neither of them register, and moving the phone to being within 6 to 8 inches they still do not register. At this point, with my phone being no further than during the initial testing, they're both showing a last seen of over 5 hours ago. Both were placed on a charger as soon as they were unboxed to ensure that they were completely topped off, so there's really no reason why they should not be working given the proximity of the phone at less than a foot and they are brand new with a healthy battery. I was hoping these might be a viable alternative to Tile tags, but these somehow manage to function worse.

The order was filled promptly and accurately. The item was easy to set up, and will I've only had for one week, it seems to be doing exactly as advertised.

Honestly these things are great, I would buy more if it was not for price and slowly replace my Tile brand trackers. They are extremely small and yet still loud. as an added benefit, they are rechargeable. you cannot really go wrong with this,
