It works.
I'm a 51 year old man. If you're wondering if this stuff works, rest assured that it does. The taste isn't bad at all. It's very nutty, but I'm in the gym five days a week, so I'm used to eating or drinking things that taste "off." The price is good for the amount you get. I've been buying this brand for over a year now and don't plan on buying a different one. This is a great product at a fair price.
