I got this as a Halloween costume for my daughter. She was pleased with it. It’s nice that whistle and cards and notepad were included. The shirt itself seems to be pretty obviously a costume piece in terms of workmanship, but that’s appropriate for something that is labeled as a costume. I liked the Velcro badge that you could decorate yourself and the fact that the costume comes with multiple blank badges so you can create more than one. Overall, I’d say this is worth it as long as the price is right.
