This is genuinely excellent stuff — I’ve tried a number of protein powders , and most of them range from “tolerable” to “tastes OK” This one, however, stands out. The formula is spot on. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my physique since using it, which is ultimately the whole point. It delivers a solid hit of protein alongside a welcome dose of creatine, making it a great all-rounder for muscle development and recovery. It also mixes very well — no gritty surprises or lumps lurking at the bottom of the shaker — and, perhaps most impressively, it actually tastes great. That alone puts it ahead of the pack. In short: effective, easy to use, and genuinely enjoyable. I’ll be sticking with this one.

Seems decent. Not too pricey and not fussy about flavour and just chin it.

The raspberry cheesecake flavour is light and tasty. I was feeling energised every day. Ordering again. The banofee flavour was waaaay too sickly sweet. Cookie one was okay. Like drinking liquid oreo, a bit on the sweeter side.

Great! Good flavour and very easy to blend, the bag is small, do not understand why they do not do bigger again. The only thing is that this flavour makes my pee smell awfull.

Didn't like the taste, usually buy the vanilla PBN one. However, 3* because taste is subjective, it does dissolve ok using a blender, price was good too.

Since I started taking this I have gained a lot of muscle mass, I know it makes a difference because I ran out for a week and noticed I lost weight, have since subsribed! Highly recommend for anyone who does a lot of physical activity as it does everything it claims to. Gains.
