I’ve been looking for a hot sauce that’s low in sodium, tasty, and yet still has a darn good kick to it. This yellow bird hot sauce hits all the check marks on the list. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. But let me tell you when I say it is worth every penny. You can taste the peppers and the shiitake in it. The best part is that you can consume it without any guilt considering the low sugar and calorie content. The packaging came in perfectly sealed and packed!

This has in incredible flavor that is 100% worth every penny. The only problem is that it's so hot you'll be blowing your nose but the time you've had your third bite. I feel like it goes well on just about anything but chicken is the obvious choice.

The Yellow Bird line is amazing. These bad reviews may not be able to handle the heat. This Shiitake is for sure hot. Yellow Bird please continue to make this sauce.

Very tasty sauce with some spicy heat, but mostly flavor with a kick. It’s yummy.
