Game changer for coffee lovers

To start with, the Aeropress makes great coffee. I bought this to take camping with me, as nothing starts the day better than a good coffee. It is easy to use and clean. I am impressed with the thought that has gone into the design so that the Aeropress fits neatly into the travel mug, that includes a filter holder in the base. If I did have one small criticism, it would be that the whole package seems a little heavy.

A Christmas present for hubby. Uses it every day and has replaced the tassimo machine so much cheaper and less waste on the cassettes. Only issue was the accessories suggested to purchase don’t fit the stand that was also suggested. Using it but a bit of a pain.

Used it everyday now since I bought it, fantastic! it takes away the bitterness of some coffee's so I can enjoy a lovely smooth coffee every morning with ease! 10/10 recommend

I was looking for the original aeropress and was quite skeptical about the product. Nevertheless this is genuine product and it works good. Been more than 2 months into use.

Ich habe mir die AeroPress Go Plus zugelegt und bin absolut begeistert. Als jemand, der gerne mit verschiedenen Kaffeesorten experimentiert, ist dieses Teil ein absoluter Segen. Das Beste daran ist die unglaubliche Kontrolle über alle Variablen. Egal ob Mahlgrad, Wassertemperatur oder Ziehzeit man kann jeden Brew so fein justieren, dass man wirklich das Maximum aus jeder Bohne herausholt. Selbst wenn man mal einen Kaffee erwischt, der einem eigentlich nicht so zusagt, kann man durch die Anpassung der Parameter (z. B. etwas kühleres Wasser oder gröberer Mahlgrad) immer noch ein top Ergebnis in die Tasse zaubern. Die Vielseitigkeit ist unschlagbar: Zuhause: Mein tägliches Ritual für den perfekten, klaren Geschmack. Im Büro: Kompakt, schnell und vor allem extrem leicht zu reinigen (der berühmte "Puck-Drop" in den Mülleimer). Unterwegs: Alles passt in das mitgelieferte System, robust und durchdacht. Wer seinen Kaffee schwarz und pur liebt und gerne das volle Potenzial der Bohne schmecken möchte, kommt an der AeroPress nicht vorbei. Für mich gibt es keinen Grund mehr, irgendwo schlechten Kaffee zu trinken. Absolute Kaufempfehlung! 😏

First, my Aeropress mug came with a dent in it. I don't blame Aeropress, as Amazon shipped in a flimsy plastic bag with zero padding. The item's box was semi-crushed and has several rips, so it wasn't handled with care. I don't want to contribute to things going into landfills so I'll keep it as is, but I'm very disappointed that an item I was excited to order and spent money on came damaged due to carelessness. I wish there was a way to simply report damage without initiating a return so Amazon can improve their shipping. Overall, I'm happy with the Aeropress, but can see some areas that could be improved or refined. I have the Aeropress Go, I bought it for camping but like the coffee more than other methods, so I also use it at home. I've wanted to get a second to use at work, and this combo with the insulated mug seemed perfect. I like that it all comes together into a single piece for storage, and like that the base opens for storing the filters. The details that I think could be improved: - The hexagon flanges on the chamber, that allow you to balance the press on a mug, are larger than necessary. I've never had a mug too large for the press that would make these flanges necessary. When the press is stored in the mug, these flanges stick out a lot. - The lip on the chamber where the cap slides and twist under stick out a lot, which the other Aeropress Go model does not have. I find these spots can make it harder to grasp the cap to twist it, so this may be an issue for people that struggle with grasping things. - The lid on the mug is not leak proof, so if tipped, it will spill. - The design (shaped like an Aeropress ) on the slider that opens and closes the lid is clunky and unappealing. - The plunger on the new model doesn't fit inside the chamber as snugly and has a wobble. Not a big deal, I don't expect that to interfere with use, but feels like a step down from the old Go model. I'm sure in a few years another model will come out, and hopefully has some refinement to feel a little more premium. I look forward to seeing it, but for now, this model works well.
