Fantastic and easy Micro needling
I didn’t find derma rollers to be very effective. I was looking for a micro needling pen and came across this stamp. The adjustable needles are fantastic to control the depth of a micro needling. The instructions guide you on which depth to use for which areas of your face and head. I use it to help with some deeper wrinkles and slight sagging. It isn’t very painful except for on the neck a little, however, the results are totally worth a little bit of discomfort! Use with a high-quality serum of your choice and you would love the results! For less than seven dollars you get 10 micro needling sessions. I will definitely buy this again and again, definitely recommend I soaked it and alcohol before and after each use. I have recommended it to several friends. It is even better than going to professional less downtime and great results.

Painless
Great product was hesitant thought it would be painful. Not at all. Easy to use on skin and great functionality. Give it a try 10/10

Multifunctional for cysts as well as priming the skin for better absorption
The needles are so thin you can barely feel them insert partially into your skin. I have the biggest pain-aversion I’ve ever known someone to have. I hate needles and sometimes have to suffer from cysts because sticking a needle hurts too much. These are great because you can control the length of the needles and use a short length to gently use on your skin to help serums be absorbed better into the dermis. However, they’re also great for those who deal with cysts and are too scared of and aversive to using needles to drain them. I angle it just slightly to get one corner to barely go through some area of a cysts and because the needles are so thin, a little pressure does it and is barely noticeable. You can do it just enough to get an opening to squeeze stuff out of cysts.

The quality is made very good, especially for the price
I haven’t used it for more than two weeks, but it definitely has some needles in it and you can feel it penetrate better than other ones. I’ve used so hopefully I get good results.!

It’s working!!
I’m so happy. I started at .5. Very little redness, some warmth in my face. Kinda felt smoother skin for a few days (likely from repair) A week later I tried .75. Little bit more redness but definitely starting to feel my skin’s thinness plumping. My angry creases above my eyebrows are definitely getting better!! My ear lobes are plumping too, so my earrings don’t sag as much. I have tried every cream out there. Nothing has worked but this. But my neck… the creases are bad and I’m not even 40. This is where I’m really hoping for improvement. I have seen a little since I started last week. (But it’s only been a week, and I read somewhere it’s 4-6 weeks for full effect? Assuming my diet stays beneficial for that duration) So this week I took the plunge and went 1.0. I don’t have deep scars, just excema so I’m really wanting to just thicken my skin. Anyway, so 1.0 is still in the wrinkle range but probably as deep as I’ll go. It feels like a good depth. A little stingy but still getting in there. My face and neck are a bit like a light sunburn. It didn’t sting much worse than .75 but I should be following the depth maps out there, shortening the needles for like my nose and going deeper for my chin. But eh… so I drew a tiny bit on my nose? That doesn’t bother me. My biggest thing is… slow down when needle length increases. Make a few passes. Do the cleaner areas first. Oilier areas like chin last. Soak the needles in isopropyl alcohol. Clean clean clean! Drain it well before using. I keep a tissue close and dab any leftover cleaner in case it doesn’t drain completely. I clean it between zones like face and neck. I know it says 10 uses is recommended, but I’m going to switch out sooner because of my excema. On the hardware: feels quality for what I paid. Very precise movement of dial and needles. And it is stabile enough to hold its setting while I’m using it. ***Really important*** This is only going to work if I’m consuming the right foods with the building blocks for collagen. So I changed my diet when I started this, and this is working. I also feel better. I’m so freaking excited. I have battled horrible skin my whole life. This little device has finally given my body the right stimulation to do what I want it to do. Super happy.

Affordable beauty tool that actually works.
Well made beauty tool. Sharp tiny needles you can barely feel. After 2 uses with my serums I can tell the difference. Helps serum to penetrate deeper into skin than surface applications. No skin irritation because the needles are sharp! Tool has a nice cap to protect tips and keep clean.

Good product
Got this for my grandson, and he said it works great

This item has very poor instruction on how to use. I used it once after applying serum to my face and woke up with red, rectangular, sore depressions in my face. It’s now in the trash can.
