Even heating and cleans up easily. No sticky residue remains. Washes out quickly in soap and water

It is thick enough that things won’t burn.
I cooked paella in this pan first which did not burn and it was on the stove for several hours. Then I cooked pancakes on it and they turned out great. I could get several on at a time. The stainless steel does not rust and is easy to clean.

Significant uneven heat distribution.
This MADE IN CHINA Lolykitch 13" Stainless Steel Griddle is crapola when it comes to making pancakes, due to significant uneven heat distribution. Some pancakes came out over cooked as others came out undercooked. It also cannot be stainless as it stained (in the center) after only one use. All my cookware is stainless steel NOT made by Lolykitch and have no issues with them. I wanted a stainless steel griddle specifically to make pancakes and this is not the one.

Top ten purchase ever!
This pan is beautiful! I bought it specifically for paella but it could be used for almost anything. It is very high quality that I know will last a lifetime. It’s so shiny but of course got a bit scratched up from scraping that saccrolant off the bottom. Cleans up well with a scrubbie and some mild paste. Worth every penny!

this is my favorite pan for frying anything. but, making hash browns is so easy with this pan that ill never reach for another before this one. the low sides and large area make it so easy.

Love This
This pan is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a pan with small handles, not one small & one long handle. The size is great for cooking a family meal or something just for one person. The nonstick surface is an additional plus as is the see through glass lid. Definitely recommend ❣️
