I bought several tool sets hoping to find a thinner pin remover head but no, they don’t do as thin as Tissot women’s watch pins. It is annoying. Tried a few sewing needles, managed to remove only one pin after so many tries, needles are now warped that we can’t remove any other pins. You can see a men’s watch from another brand for comparison - this watch’s pins are half the thickness of regular pins. Edit after having the links removed at a Tissot retail store: The seller told me it’s hard even for them to do remove the pins but they did it in 10 minutes. If you’re buying, make sure you have a Tissot store near you to adjust. Other than that; it is a great watch, very elegant, and it was on sale & I bought it half the price.
