This really works. I was so bloated and craving sugar constantly. My appetite was also insatiable. I had gained 10lbs over the winter thus far. Within three days of starting this, I started to feel a major shift in my digestion and overall energy levels. I definitely went through a big purge on the toilet. The next thing I know, my bloating is all the way down and my appetite is regulated. Even my face bloating went away. I feel really good again. This stuff works!! The best thing about it is there are binders so the detox is very gentle. In the past. I’ve experienced really bad headaches when I detoxed without a binder but this time I didn’t. Had a hard time choosing a product. Was very glad I purchased these. They work great. Some health products I've purchased in the past, wasn't sure I could even notice a difference in my health. Haven’t had any negative side affects but one thing I’ve noticed is that my body oder in my under arms are non existent after just one day of use so it must mean the ingredients like chlorella are working. Not sure how effective it is on removing heavy metals but I hope it does since I consume protein powder that contains unsafe levels of lead daily. I normally drink green juice but now I won’t have to spend extra money on those expensive smoothies since this seems to be working even better. Great value and price I will be ordering more

Giving four stars just because I’m quite sure the detox is working a little TOO well and that doesn’t warrant a negative review just because it’s messing with my body exactly how it describes. Does it work? Absolutely it will. Whether that’s good or bad is up to you. I’ll just tell you what happened. I started taking half doses (highly recommended not jumping in off the deep end). I’ve been on this detox for about 3 full days now. It’s very easy on your insides. I seem to have slightly looser stools. However, the secondary effects are what are currently hindering me. I’ve noticed a bizarre sense of insatiable appetite cravings. I can’t seem to stop eating. I’m going to assume that’s the detox clearing everything out and making me hungry. Next, and this is a big one for me. When it comes to night time, I seem to be EXTREMELY tired, falling asleep on myself and extremely weak in my body. Around bed time, I find it very difficult to walk around just because of how tired I am. I take mine around 2pm. Why this happens so late, I have no idea. But it does. I haven’t noticed anything positive just yet. They say it gets worse before it gets better. I’ll admit there’s been a slight reduction in general inflammation throughout my body, but that’s all I have noticed yet. Will update.

I think this is a good binder. I’m still learning about it. I went to take it. I know active charcoal is really good cause I did try to do a parasite clan and I didn’t take it and I felt terrible cause I ended up going to the doctor and they thought that I had some kind of other infection. I had nothing to do with what was going on, but it was the detox of trying to eliminate parasites, but even I thought I had a UTI and it wasn’t that because it was clean so I really believe this is a good binder. I just have to figure out when to take it with all the meds that I’m on.
