Ive been doing the keto diet so I started taking collagen peptide supplements. I usually do collagen powder in my coffee but these collagen capsules are a good replacement when im busy. Just four capsules give you 3,000mg of type 1 and type 3 collagen. Since I started using collagen peptide capsules my joints feel better and my wife said my skin looks better. You could open the collagen capsules and mix the powder if you wanted to. Pretty good product.

This is a great product and worth the money. Helps with the skin and immune health, hair and nails. Everything takes time it does not happen over night. It normally takes a week or two with anything new to seen the differences. This is most definitely worth it though. In my opinion.

I like that they come in capsule form. I did not like the fact that there was a separate shipping charge, but it is understandable since the product is coming from California and I read that California has a lot of issues nowadays. The product does not have a taste and I can feel the benefits of taking the product (no joint pain)

I was told by my Endocrinologist that collagen peptides would regrow the hair I lost in the front of my hair line. Being a female it really bothered me. It worked and my hair has started to grow back and should completely fill in the bare spots within a year. Great product!
