I used to wake up 20+ times per night because of neck pain. I tried changing my mattress for a firmer fit- didn’t help. This pillow worked IMMEDIATELY. You have to air it out and let it come to its intended size for a few hours. There was no bad smell and I used same night. There is a removable height foam piece in it to make it a bit taller or shorter. I’ve left mine in and it’s perfect. There’s also a pillowcase included. If you are not sleeping due to neck issues, the firmness of this pillow combined with the memory foam material helps. It is cool, the color and fabric are great, the size is that of any standard pillow. It is great for back, side sleeping. It does a great job of supporting neck and back alignment while contouring to your body. I didn’t feel an “edge” of the pillow on my neck, it wasn’t too stiff. The thickness is great. The only thing (user error) is make sure you are laying on it the right way. Look at the pictures and instructions. I will be purchasing another to take on trips. I don’t use any other pillow anymore. I’m begging you to try this pillow.

I have had neck aches for a while. My friend suggested to try this pillow. I have to say it is amazing. Your head fits right into the groove and the sides support your neck and you sleep very well. Your neck is supported if your on you back or sides. It is made from very strong material and actually looks pretty. I would suggest this pillow to anyone who have neck aches & pains!!

Good for neck pain IF you like a stiffer pillow. This one was a bit too hard for me.

I've used this pillow three times now. I had to take out the insert in the middle it was too high. I feel like this pillow does help with people with neck pain. I have stenosis and disc bulges and degenerative disc problems. I still wake up a little stiff. But in the directions it does say it takes 2 weeks to get used to. I feel like it works great for side sleepers but it doesn't quite give me the support I need if I'm on my back. Its like it kind of tilts your head up when I need the support on my neck and my head to tilt back a little. It just doesn't cradle your neck correctly for back sleeping.

A decent pillow. This pillow did offer some relief however I felt the pillow was too stiff for me. The pillow did go flat fairly quick leading to continuous occipital pain.

I have terrible neck pain and had to try two other pillows before I found this one. I used to have to change pillows in middle of night due to pain. This pillow keeps me comfortable all night. My neck, shoulder and elbow pain has gotten considerably better. I'm a side and back sleeper and this pillow is the most comfortable. Not too soft and not too hard.

This pillow is so hard and uncomfortable that it made my neck pain significantly worse. I've tried per the instructions to make adjustments to no avail. I'm so disappointed because it wasn't cheap and I was anxiously awaiting its arrival. I've used it about 3 times and gave up, and now I've missed the return deadline. Should you need a pillow for rotator/neck pain, I caution you about this one and suggest you look elsewhere.

It has taken me a while to reach a conclusion as I wanted to give it some time. Unfortunately the pillow has not helped with cervical pains. In fact, I feel worse after every use. I have not yet explored the suggestions mentioned by one or two users who initially had an issue. I love the feel and size of the pillow though.
