This cherry extract is something to behold! As soon as I opened the bottle, there was a delicious aroma that came drifting up from the bottle. MmmMmMMmmMMmm... The cherry flavor is strong and delicious, plus there's no artificial red dye! I was very happy with this! I needed this specific flavor for some white icing and for these little cookies that are like wedding cookies. Red dye would have ruined BOTH! The description states that this cherry extract is 'high concentration." Welp, after using it, I have to say that THEY ARE CORRECT! Also, because it is concentrated, I didn't have to use as much as I used to use with other brands. It's definitely value for my money because a little bit goes a long way!

I got this to try in my iced coffee to add some flavor. Wasn’t a huge fan of it. It had a weird taste, but that could be the coffee in itself as well.

Good stuff I use it in a small spray bottle and mist my Green coffee beans about 3 hours before I roast them, along with other flavors. I had bought some roasted coffee from a local seller and the first cup we were amazed with the different flavors we were tasting. so did a lot of research on how to get the flavors into the coffee beans. Never saw anything about misting them but tried it and it works well just a light touch of flavor. I usually use 3 different flavors per roast.

Very disappointed in this product. Did not taste or smell like pineapple. Did nothing for my bakery, seemed to give it a metallic taste.

This is real Anise oil- not the imitation quality found in a grocery store. Made the best “Christmas” cut out cookies using an old family recipe.
