Tactile wheel and it has a convenient button to make the scroll wheel not clicky and just a free spin. And if I don't want to use it wirelessly the mouse can be used wired. And I always leave the mouse on and after a few minutes the mouse will go to sleep and not use power almost like a standby phase definitely worth the price
