I bought these as replacements for my Sennheiser Momentum headphones. They are a bit tricky to get on but once you get them on they fit well and are a nice replacement.

Fits the headphone as well as the original, feel good on the skin, but have very noticeably reduced noise isolation. The foam is lighter and less dense and less memory. These are more comfortable to wear than the original, and good in less noisy environments, but don’t buy if you’re a frequent flyer.

Considering you can't get OEM pads, these are a great option. I purchased another third-party set that were literally impossible to install, even with four hands involved. These took maybe three minutes, tops, for the pair and they've stayed secure for weeks. I use the cans at least 3x a week and haven't had an issue. They might be a wee bit less soft to the touch than the OEMs but in terms of wear comfort they just fine. Tip: I installed from the bottom of each ear cup. Top would probably be fine, too, but I recommend starting from a "narrower" side of the cups. No tools, required, either. In fact, the edging is thin enough, even on the OEMs, that introducing a tool could lead to a tear and then you're buying another pair. Good luck!

These replacement ear pads worked almost perfectly as replacements for the Momentum 1 over ear headphones. These pads are a couple of mm's larger than the OEM momentum 1's. These are meant for the Momentum 2 over ear headphones. These pads install way easier than the OEM ones which are almost impossible to install because these are about 2 milometers larger. The audio quality might be affected since these weren't sealed snug like the OEMs, but overall, where a good replacement for the 10yr old OEM pads that tore apart.

These ear pad replacements for my wireless Sennheiser Momentum headphone work just fine and look OEM. They are a challenge to get installed but if persistent you will get them on thinking you need four hands to do so. The hardest part is getting them started then using one if your hands to keep on what you managed to get on. They are very tolerant to stretching so hang in there with the install. It took these 74 year old hands about 10-15 minutes to install both. Good luck!
