Look good but can't handle, it's weak

Item had to be returned due to packaging having considerable damage. Replacement package was in a bit better condition but you could tell the replacement had also been previously returned. Overall quite a solid good looking rail and fit for purpose., however the stone pedestal did have a small chip in it. As i had already previously returned the first package, I couldnt be bothered returning the second one. Quality Control checks are lacking.

It doesnt look fancy like picture finishing at all , the gold color is bright, some poles have holes, and it is not stable.
