I was able to test with a CGM and the product does what it says it does. Some screen shots with vs. without. Take a couple capsules just before a meal and it helps blunt the spike. Glucose still goes up, but not nearly as much. I use it twice a day with lunch and dinner if I’m going to eat carbs. About half the price per dose as “Anti-Spike Formula” and just as effective.

Level off daily supplements increased my energy levels and decrease fatigue throughout the day. Generally, I just felt healthier on weeks that I consistently took these plant extracts. I liked it enough to consider ordering again along with a glucose monitor to get data to verify if it is working or I’m feeling a placebo effect. Would recommend! These Level Off capsules do contain a good blend of supplements for targeting metabolic health and especially blood sugar. The capsules are medium size making them easy to swallow, and the dosage is also easy to follow since you only have to take two capsules once per day. I do notice a broccoli smell when opening the bottle, but I haven’t tasted anything when swallowing them, and I have had no side effects. It’s hard to judge effectiveness with something like this in the short term unless you are monitoring your blood sugar daily, which I am not. I’m not expecting miracles, but based on the ingredients I think this is likely to help keep my blood glucose in a normal range. The price may seem high, but when you realize you are getting a four-month supply and calculate the cost per month, it seems like a good value. I appreciate the convenience of not needing to reorder every month. I like it when companies are transparent about manufacturing, and this one says on the bottle that the ingredients are globally sourced and the product made in the USA. Some may prefer only US ingredients, but I am happy that they are non-GMO.

I got this over the glucose goddess pills, since these were cheaper and double the amount you get, plus no added caca like the other ones. These do great. I have lost weight effortlessly and no adverse reactions, if anyone is concerned about that. I am very happy with my results and I can feel and see the difference when I take them.

I battle cravings that seem to drive me crazy at times, this totally put a stop to those the second I started taking it. I thought for sure after reading reviews that this would help at least a little and NO it does not.... I am not a huge daily carb eater but thought I could give this a try when I do cheat and have carbs and a simple english muffin still spiked me over 200 when I took 2 before I ate this muffin! NO HELP AT ALL

I ordered the Palmara Health metabolism support capsules hoping for help with regulating carb and sugar spikes. It arrived in a double-sealed bottle so safety seemed solid. It’s made in the USA and includes lab testing, which I appreciated. The capsules are easy to swallow and caused no side effects or stomach issues, which is a plus. However, after using the full two-month supply, I didn’t have much choice of a noticeable difference in my blood sugar or carb response. For a $75 price tag, I expected better results. While it may work for others, I unfortunately didn’t experience any of the claimed benefits and can’t justify the cost for myself.
