These Formulen Plastic Earrings are perfect! I got the 200 pack for my daughter, and she uses them while playing soccer. These are perfect for sports and there are a ton. My daughter has lost quite a few but who cares because we have so many. We do have to dip them in Vaseline because one of her ears gets sore and these kind of grip when they go in. Other than that they're great and her ears didn't close when sports came and she couldn't wear earrings.
