Authentic taste of Japan! Good for menopause.
This is authentic dried natto, same as what you find in Japan. I recommend to eat it with chopped spring onions and a bit of soy sauce on Japanese rice. Or, you can put this into Miso soup and eat as Natto jiru. Delicious!

Pleasantly surprised
I was apprehensive after reading that natto tastes awful, but having soaked a few grammes as directed and mixing them with baked beans, they were delicious. I will buy these again.

Natto probiotic
Comes in freezed dried package giving long shelf life. Good instructions on how to reconstitute. I enjoyed the flavour and intend to incorporate this into my regular diet. Too soon to claim any benefits but can update this later.

Oishii!
Delicious! So happy to finally be able to taste natto again! I followed the instructions to rehydrate the natto over night and had it for breakfast with some rice, mixed with a bit of soy sauce and mustard, and it was just like the natto packs you can buy at the supermarket. Definitely a treat at this price though!

Foul tasting
Don't waste the water, just throw it straight in the bin. Tastes foul.
