The lid does not clip on. it opens with the weight of the rice. also all the water does not get drained. Not useful.

This rice pot is only useful to cook rice.The edge of the lid is very sharp and one has to be careful to use it. This cookware can't solve multipurpose need of the kitchen. One can buy specifically to cook rice.I expected a heavier lid and pot and was disappointed after purchasing as it is not that sturdy as it should be. Also, think wisely before purchasing as this product is replaceable but no return policy applied in this.
