It is very difficult to lift the vessel after boiling vegetables because the handle is of very poor quality and does not insulate heat. The handle also slips out easily, making it unsafe to use. My wife purchased this with high expectations, but the design is very disappointing. Draining hot water is extremely risky as the lid also slips out easily while pouring. I had a very bad experience with this product – not recommended.

This rice pot is only useful to cook rice.The edge of the lid is very sharp and one has to be careful to use it. This cookware can't solve multipurpose need of the kitchen. One can buy specifically to cook rice.I expected a heavier lid and pot and was disappointed after purchasing as it is not that sturdy as it should be. Also, think wisely before purchasing as this product is replaceable but no return policy applied in this.
