How is this washed? can i toss this (pants and all) in a washer/dryer or should i go dry cleaning? mermaid tears and soap?

I’d say the shirt could probably handle being thrown in the washer and dryer. The tag in the pants says they can be put in the washer (30 degrees) but also says not to tumble dry, so maybe just let those air dry. The faux leather would probably tear with too much rough handling.

Do the sleeves unroll?

Yes, the sleeves go to the wrist, but can also be rolled up.

Can small fit a 10 y/o child?

It might be a bit long but it should fit decently :)
