I’ve been using this women’s vitamin supplement for a few weeks, and I’m impressed with the results! Have been taking for 6 months. I find the capsules are easy to swallow. I have noticed my nails feel smoother. Biggest effect is on hair; my hair is noticeably thicker and has more volume. I did find scientific data to support the safety and effectiveness of the herbal supplement ingredients.

I gave this a 5 star review with one caveat. First off this product has done wonders for my hair and nails. I haven't had nails this long, well ever. My hairs starting to regrow, I was having issues with hair loss and between the viamins and new shampoo and conditioner I'm finally seeing new hair growth! That being said as far as my skin goes I've been breaking out and couldn't figure out why. I was reading though the ingredients and saw vitamin B-12. Now this doesn't go for everyone but B-12 makes me break out if taken in large quantities so I started taking 1 pill instead of the 3 and and have worked my way up to 2. It seems to be helping. Hoping to be able to take the 3 here soon. Anyway overall great product and will continue to buy :)

The tablets was coated with some type of capsule. I didn’t like that so if you have a problem with having a plastic capsule, I guess they will be OK.
