It felt cool, but never cold enough to offer any relief to me. Bought it for pain relief during a long flight, but it doesn't get cold enough.

I would like it to have a bigger internal battery but thai is only a minor issue. It does help with my knee pain for which i m getting physical therapy. Also would like to find direct replacement bands for when the included ones wear out.

Gets cold really fast. You can use for heat too. Battery life is great and rechargeable.
